Data aquision and processing
I use the relatively cheap RS232-ADC16 from taskit for digitizing the signals. It is connect via a rs232-to-usb adapter to an Asus Eee box running Opensuse. Taskit provides a very basic C-library for accessing the AD module.
I use the Seislog software, with an own data acquisition routine, to record the signal with a sampling frequency of 20Hz.
Heliplots are created with help of the earthworm software (Seislog -> LISS server -> liss2ew->wave_sserverv->heli_ewll).
Update 4. Dec. 2010:
I switched (back) to a self-written recording software and create the heliplots with help of a R script.
